Sukabumi Park Facilities Damaged

Some facilities in interactive park at Taman Sukabumi, on Jalan Sukabumi, Menteng, Central Jakarta, are damaged. Besides there are many park bench lost, the children playing stair condition is damaged and rust so endanger the visitor.

Based on beritajakarta.com observation, as much as 12 iron ladder support of child play are lost, Besides that the steps are porous and rust. The Park bench that used to be as many as 8 pieces now missing somewhere.

Saiman (65), local citizen, admitted worry about the damage and the porous of the playing ladder. Moreover, the play ground is very favored by the children. Furthermore, there was one of the childen injured because scratched by the rust iron.

Besides, added Saiman, there is no maintenance for the flower and the tree around the park. Moreover, the lost bench is still left unchecked. "There is should be maintenance and security for public facilities like this," he added.

Head Section Park, Central Jakarta Park Sub-Department, Pudji Astuti, said, the maintenance and reparation is till meet the ULP problem. "If it endanger people, we will demolish later, but we can not promise the reparation time, because meet the ULP problem," she said.
